Faucet installation
We replace dripping or seized faucets in the kitchen, bathroom or shower and connect them without leaks.
Installing a bathtub or shower cabin is more than connecting pipes: it has to be level, the drain needs the right slope and the joints to the wall must be sealed. We install bathroom fixtures of any size and connect them without leaks.
Acrylic tubs go on a frame or legs with extra support, steel tubs get sound insulation, cast-iron tubs get floor reinforcement in older buildings. The waste and overflow kit is connected to the drain with a slope and tested with a full tub.
The joint to the wall is sealed with sanitary silicone or a trim so water cannot get under the tub.
We assemble the cabin following the manufacturer's instructions, level the tray and connect the drain through a siphon with access for cleaning. All glass and profile joints are checked for tightness.
For shower areas without a cabin we install a tray or a floor drain with the correct slope and waterproofing.
We install pedestal, wall-hung and vanity sinks: fixed level, connected to the siphon and faucet, and sealed at the wall.
When replacing a sink in an older apartment we also replace the worn siphon. That is cheaper than hunting for a leak inside the vanity later.
Prices cover a standard scope of work excluding materials. The exact price is confirmed after inspection and before work starts.
