Faucet and mixer installation in Tashkent
The faucet is the hardest-working fixture in an apartment: it is opened dozens of times a day. We replace worn mixers, install new ones during renovations and connect shower columns and bidet showers.
Replacing a kitchen or bathroom faucet
We remove the old faucet, clean the mounting area and replace flexible hoses and eccentric connectors if needed. The new faucet is fitted with new seals and levelled.
We check hot and cold water, confirm there are no drips under the sink and that the shower diverter works correctly.
Shower columns and concealed mixers
A shower column is fixed to the wall taking into account the users' height and the position of the outlets, then connected to the wall mixer. Concealed mixers are installed during renovation: the hidden body goes into the wall before tiling.
For concealed systems the depth and level must be set precisely. A mistake at this stage cannot be fixed later without removing tiles.
How to extend the life of a faucet
Fit a coarse filter at the apartment inlet: sand and scale from old pipes quickly ruin the cartridge. Do not force the handle and clean the aerator of limescale from time to time.
If the handle becomes stiff or water drips from under it, replacing the cartridge is usually enough instead of the whole faucet.
