Pipe repair and replacement
We replace rusted steel and cast-iron pipes with polypropylene and plastic, and repair individual sections and risers.
Hot water outages are common in Tashkent, and a water heater solves the problem for good. We choose the location, fix the tank securely to the wall, connect the water through a safety group and test everything under pressure.
A 50 to 100 litre tank weighs over a hundred kilograms when full, so wall mounting is the main safety concern. We use anchors suited to the wall material and check the load capacity of partitions.
On the supply we fit a safety valve, shut-off valves and a filter if needed. The heater is connected to an existing earthed power line; a new line, if required, is installed by an electrician.
Instant models are compact and deliver hot water immediately, but they need heavy-duty wiring. Before installation we assess the cable cross-section and breaker so the appliance runs safely.
We mount them at the sink or shower, connect the water and check that the temperature stays stable.
Over time scale builds up in the tank: the element overheats, water takes longer to heat and a smell appears. Cleaning the tank and replacing the element with a magnesium anode restores the heater and extends its life.
If the old boiler has started leaking or repair is not worthwhile, we remove it and install a new one on the existing outlets.
Prices cover a standard scope of work excluding materials. The exact price is confirmed after inspection and before work starts.
Light models up to 30 litres can go on embedded profiles; heavy tanks are fixed only to a load-bearing wall or with reinforced through-bolts.
With Tashkent's hard water, every one to two years. That is cheaper than replacing a burnt-out element or a leaking tank.
Storage heaters up to 2 kW usually run from an earthed socket; instant heaters need a dedicated line. Electrical work is done by an electrician.
Installing a storage heater on prepared outlets takes one and a half to two hours.
